Let’s try to execute against a higher goal for constructive action this week by doing what Nietzsche had counseled young free spirits many generations earlier —

Self Exploration Challenge: The main challenge is to work on your strengths or a weakness you have identified and use your time and ability to understand and overcome some obstacles to create better habits for living a more fulfilling and higher “quality of life”.  Don’t shrink from challenges and new experiences to improve your life. Enter into the spirit of accepting who you are enjoy moment to moment what is and don’t whine over what is not. Read some good, heavy, serious books just for discipline; take yourself in hand by reflecting on what you would like to start doing physically, emotionally and intellectually for yourself. Write the goal down by using this Smart-Step Plus one process for personal change. My goal this week is to___________________________________.
