Reflection: Recently, I was doing research on the positive and negative effects of self-talk. Of course, I reviewed Albert Ellis’s theory of ABC and Tim Gallwey’s Inner Game concepts and framework. Again I found the review stimulating but still remained confused on how to apply these techniques to everyday situations.
